Funding through HUD provides 459 Section 8 Rental Assistance units throughout the County, 20 Public Housing units at Beaver Farm Apartments, 36 units for Elderly/Handicapped at Brockerhoff House, and 40 units for Elderly/Handicapped at Crestside Terrace. The Housing Authority provides equal opportunity housing and does not discriminate with respect to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, familial status, pregnancy, guide dogs, support animals, handicaps or disability. The Housing Authority also administers the County's First Time Home Buyers Program.
